3. MATLAB Assignment 4 is due at the start of computer lab tomorrow. Also read Chapter 5 of Gilat ("Two-Dimensional Plots") to prepare for MATLAB Assignment 5, which you'll start tomorrow.

5. This Friday (29/Feb, Leap Day!) I will give a talk on my TAMUCALC package at a Texas Instruments calculator conference. Dr Yasskin and Miss Austin will substitute for me in lectures that day. They will cover Section 9.5 in the conventional 9.5 manner that Stewart does in his textbook. (On Wed, 27/Feb, I'll show you the more universal Calc 3 way in lecture.) Feel free to do Section 9.5 problems either way. (The Calc 3 way is very fast when done on a TI-89 and will serve you well in downstream statics classes in Engineering. It is also more general.)
