Math 253/504-506: Hot Topics for Tue, 11/Sep/2007

1. In recitation today, your TA will review for Exam 1 the entire period.
   
   
2. EXAM 1 over Chapter 11 is this Friday, 14/Sep, in lecture; nominally between 9:05-10:05 am (60 minutes). Get a BLUE BOOK at a local bookstore. You'll write down ALL your work in your blue book---not on your exam sheet.
   
   
3. Read Section 12.3 (Partial Derivatives) in your textbook (Stewart) for tomorrow's lecture.
   
   
4. Finish up work on MATLAB Assignment 1. It is due at the START of computer lab on Thu, 13/Sep.
