Math 253/504-506: Hot Topics for Mon, 10/Dec/2007

1. Here is information regarding your FINAL EXAM. You'll take it in Heldenfels 113 (your lecture room) as follows.
   • Monday, 10/Dec, 8:00 am - 10:00 am.
   • Arrive 15 minutes early so that I can get you situated and start on time.
   • Bring pencils, erasers, and your Student ID.
   • Bring a BLUE BOOK and a calculator.
   • The final exam is worth 20% of your grade. It is comprehensive; i.e., it covers material from the entire term.
   • As usual, your exam will be all workout problems. (There will be NO multiple choice.) This will enable you to get the maximum number of points via partial credit.
   
   
2. I recommend getting an extra set of four (4) AAA alkaline batteries for your TI-89 for the final assault!
   
   
3. Have a safe and enjoyable semester break! (The University will release your grades electronically within two weeks.)
