Homework: I added two points and multiplied by 1.375 to bring the base to 165 points and the median to [something reasonable that I forgot to write down].

Class participation: Points I had recorded for you, plus half a point for every time you signed the attendance sheet. Base = 35 (but it was possible to get more); median = 28 (among the 29 people still on the grade sheet at the end).

Final: Scores in the spreadsheet are raw. In the curve I compressed the scores a lot, because I decided the final was overweighted. (In previous years when the final was shortened by a grade deadline, the base was less than 200 points. I forgot that when setting up this semester.) I multiplied by 0.69 and added 62 to leave the base (theoretical maximum) at 200 while raising the median from 142 to 160.
