The error actually occurred when PICA attempted to send the student a confirmation that the appraisal was submitted. It did not mean the appraisal was not submitted. Your students can be assured that the appraisals have been received, and they need not continue to attempt to submit. That problem has been corrected and students will no longer receive error messages when they submit the appraisal. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have you or your students.
